Service Description

This Bootcamp is a fun and challenging circuit workout that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises—using both equipment and bodyweight movements. Everyone works at their own pace, moving as much as they can within the set time. We will be there to guide you, encourage you, and give you a little nudge to push you when you’re ready—but remember, one rep at a time is perfectly fine. Exercising outside give a workout an absoulute diffrent feel. Every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs and fitness level. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring a drink to stay hydrated. If you're joining for the first time, please contact us beforehand to complete a quick health check form.
