Service Description

This calming, meditative class is all about grounding, breathing and stretching. Target the deep connective tissues of the body through long, gentle holds and mindful breathwork. It's the perfect balance to life’s fast pace and more intense training sessions. In this class, you’ll: Improve flexibility and joint mobility Calm the mind and reduce stress Deepen your connection between body and breath Suitable for all levels, this practice encourages stillness and self-awareness, helping you to let go, release tension, and leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged. Always listen to your body—if something doesn’t feel right, gently ease out of the pose and avoid pushing yourself too hard. For those new to yoga, take your time, and feel free to modify poses as needed. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
