Pilates Led By Martha
Strength. Control. Move with Confidence.
Service Description
A traditional mat-based Pilates class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, develop better control and feel more connected to your body. Throughout the class, Martha will guide you through a combination of classic Pilates movements alongside equipment such as Pilates rings, small balls and resistance bands to add variety, challenge, and support where needed. Pilates isn't about keeping up with the person next to you. It's about learning how your body moves, building strength with control, and progressing from where you are. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or already have experience, movements can be adapted and progressed to suit different abilities. Expect to work your core, glutes, posture, stability and whole-body strength — with plenty of focus on quality of movement rather than simply rushing through exercises. Come to move, learn, challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger, taller and more connected to your body. All abilities welcome. No previous Pilates experience needed. Disclaimer: By participating in this class, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. Always listen to your body—if something doesn’t feel right, please stop. We’ll guide you safely and supportively through every session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.
