Service Description
This class is designed specifically for teenagers who want to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises and weight training, we focus on developing proper technique, improving overall fitness, and building a strong foundation for lifelong health. Strength training for teens offers incredible benefits, including: Building Confidence & Resilience: Strength training helps develop self-discipline and a sense of achievement. Improving Athletic Performance: A strong body supports better performance in sports and daily activities. Supporting Mental Well-being: Exercise releases endorphins, reducing stress and improving mood. Encouraging Healthy Habits: Learning the right techniques early sets the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. All exercises are adapted to individual fitness levels, and safety is always a priority. Disclaimer: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please listen to your body, and if something doesn’t feel right, don’t push through the pain. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All class bookings must be made in advance through our website or booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Class prices and availability are listed clearly on each service description. Concession rates and community-funded places may be available — please contact us for more information. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable, as your space cannot be reallocated. Class Cancellations by Lift & Empower: If a class is cancelled by us (e.g., instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session. 3. Attendance & Conduct Please arrive on time to allow the class to begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be permitted for safety reasons. Respect and kindness are central to our community. Please treat coaches, participants, and the space with care. Follow all safety and class instructions provided by your coach or instructor. Lift & Empower CIC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. 4. Health & Safety Participation in any class is voluntary and at your own risk. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before the class starts. Always listen to your body — if something doesn’t feel right, stop and let your instructor know. Lift & Empower CIC and its instructors are not liable for any injury or loss sustained during participation. 5. Photography & Media Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken during classes for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform your instructor before the session. 6.
