Abbey has been connected to an enlightened spiritual lineage since the age of 16, having received abhisheka, with teachings tracing back to Shakyamuni Buddha. Alongside her spiritual studies, she has spent many years practicing and studying Vedic astrology and brings 15 years of experience within the health and wellbeing industry.
