Explore how trauma impacts the brain, body and nervous system, and how movement can support regulation and resilience.
Identify common barriers to accessing weightlifting and discover the ingredients for more inclusive training spaces.
Engage in trauma-informed coaching and training methods that are respectful of individual tolerance without sacrificing effectiveness.
