Summer Solstice Gathering
20th June | From 3.45pm
Join us for a beautiful evening of connection with ourselves & nature. A seasonal reflection as we come together to celebrate the Summer Solstice — a time of light, abundance, gratitude and new intention.
We’ll begin by meeting at the studio at 3.45pm for little meditation, stretch and reconnecting session followed by a walk to the beach for an optional sea dip and relaxed picnic, creating space to connect, unwind and enjoy the energy of the longest day.
Bring something to share, your own drink, all you need for a sea dip including a mat or towl to sit on.
