This warm and welcoming beginner sourdough workshop is designed for anyone who has ever wanted to learn the art of making real sourdough bread — no experience needed.
Over three relaxed hours, Val will guide you through the foundations of sourdough baking, helping you understand how the process works, how to mix and fold your dough, and how to care for your very own sourdough starter.
You’ll also watch a shaping demonstration, enjoy tea, coffee, and freshly baked sourdough, and head home with:
