Join Claire Marie for a soothing and immersive Sound Bath experience — the perfect way to rest, reset, and reconnect.
This grounding session begins with gentle breathwork and relaxation before you’re guided into a meditative sound journey. You’ll be bathed in the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, chimes, drums, crystal singing bowls, and the beautiful hang drum — each sound designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.
No experience is needed — come as you are, bring a yoga mat, a Pillow, a blanket, and anything that helps you get comfortable. Leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and renewed.
