The full moon has long been a time for reflection, connection, and release. Our Full Moon Women’s Circle is a gentle and supportive gathering where women come together to pause, reconnect, and share space in a calm and welcoming environment.

During this circle, we take time to step away from the noise of everyday life and tune back into ourselves. Through guided reflection, conversation, and simple grounding practices, we create space to acknowledge where we are, what we wish to let go of, and what we would like to welcome into the next phase of our lives.

Each gathering may include elements such as guided meditation, journaling, intention setting, sharing within the circle, and quiet moments of reflection. No experience is needed — simply come as you are.
