Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join Val (V) for a relaxed and welcoming creative session where the goal is simple: slow down, doodle, and let your mind wander.
Doodle with V is a gentle mindfulness group where we explore creativity through simple drawing, patterns, and playful use of craft materials. You don’t need any artistic experience — this is not about creating a masterpiece. It’s about switching off from pressure, enjoying the process, and giving your mind space to breathe.
All materials will be available during the session for you to experiment with and enjoy. If you discover that you love it and would like to explore further, you’re very welcome to bring along your own materials too.
