This Christmas, we're doing things a little differently at Lift & Empower!

Instead of our usual Christmas party, we're bringing everyone together for a Christmas Family Bootcamp — a fun, festive session where the whole family can get involved.

Expect a playful mix of movement, fitness and challenges, designed so different ages and abilities can join in. This isn't about being the strongest, fastest or fittest person in the room — it's about moving together, having a laugh and probably embracing a little festive chaos along the way. 🎅💪

All family members are welcome, so bring the kids, partners, parents, siblings — whoever you'd like to share the fun with.
