Baby-Led Open Gym Movement that works around motherhood A relaxed, supportive open gym session created especially for mums who want to move, train, and look after themselves — without needing childcare. Bring your baby or little one along (as long as they’re happy and safe in a buggy, pram, or watching nearby), and enjoy an hour of flexible training in a welcoming, understanding space. This isn’t a formal class with rigid structure — it’s your time to move in a way that works for you. Need to stop for a feed? Absolutely. Need a cuddle break? Of course. Want to use your buggy or baby as part of your workout? Go for it. This is real-life motherhood and movement working together. Session Disclaimer Baby-Led Open Gym is a relaxed parent-and-baby fitness session designed to support movement in a flexible environment. By attending, participants acknowledge that all exercise is undertaken voluntarily and at their own risk. Parents/carers are fully responsible for the supervision, care, and safety of their baby or child at all times throughout the session. Lift & Empower CIC and facilitators accept no responsibility for injury, accidents, illness, loss, or damage relating to participants or children attending the session. Participants are responsible for working within their own physical capabilities and should inform the coach of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy/postnatal considerations, or health concerns before participating. Children attending must be safely contained where appropriate (e.g. buggy/pram/carrier) and suitable for this environment. Cancellation Policy As spaces are limited, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session may be eligible for transfer or account credit. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, cannot be refunded or transferred. Lift & Empower CIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will be offered an alternative

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All class bookings must be made in advance through our website or booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Class prices and availability are listed clearly on each service description. Concession rates and community-funded places may be available — please contact us for more information. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable, as your space cannot be reallocated. Class Cancellations by Lift & Empower: If a class is cancelled by us (e.g., instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session. 3. Attendance & Conduct Please arrive on time to allow the class to begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be permitted for safety reasons. Respect and kindness are central to our community. Please treat coaches, participants, and the space with care. Follow all safety and class instructions provided by your coach or instructor. Lift & Empower CIC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. 4. Health & Safety Participation in any class is voluntary and at your own risk. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before the class starts. Always listen to your body — if something doesn’t feel right, stop and let your instructor know. Lift & Empower CIC and its instructors are not liable for any injury or loss sustained during participation. 5. Photography & Media Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken during classes for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform your instructor before the session. 6.
